A brand new brake disc for the Volvo Amazon from mid 1964- and the P1800S.

The new SKANDIX brake disc is made of multiple parts, as it was originally supplied by Volvo.

The new disc is mounted to a steel hub. After being pressed together, all discs are turned to their nominal dimensions and are ready for installation.

- Compared to the 1-parted design out disc with the steel hub is more durable and good for high stresses.

- Due to this design, it is also possible for garages and specialists to rebuild the wheel hubs with new discs after reaching the wear limit.

Volvo PV: Only suitable for conversion to Front disc brakes.

Brake discs have always to be changed in pairs for each axle! Only replacing both discs ensures safe and problem free brake functionality. We will not deliver single brake discs.

Service instructions:

When fitting new brake discs the vehicle manufacturer's instructions must be observed!

Basically:

- The contact surface of the wheel hub to the brake disc must be completely clean and free of grease.
- Calipers and pads must be free moving. Neither brake system nor suspension may be excessively worn.
- The wheel bolts or nuts must be evenly tightened crosswise with the specified torque.
