Receiving your goods
Your delivery will be shipped from our central warehouse in Langelsheim, Germany.
We ship daily with five different freight carriers to destinations within Germany and Europe. Worldwide shipping is also available and will be arranged individually upon request.
Shipping facts
Delivery times
If the ordered items are in stock and your order is placed between Monday and Thursday before 15:00, or on Friday before 13:00, it will be shipped the same day. Deliveries within Germany usually arrive within 1–2 working days. Deliveries to other European destinations typically take 2–10 working days. Delivery times outside the European Union may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance duration.
Express delivery
For urgent orders, we offer express shipping. For shipping destinations in other countries, please contact our sales team. Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping rates
Within Germany, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee for parcels up to 31 kg. A reduced rate is available for small parcels under 5 kg. If your order exceeds the maximum parcel weight, additional charges will apply per extra parcel. Extra fees may apply for bulky goods or express shipping. Please refer to the national shipping rates table for details.
International shipping rates within the EU and to selected countries worldwide are listed in our rate tables. Shipping costs for other countries will be calculated individually.
In all cases, you will be informed of the exact shipping costs before your order is processed.
Alternative delivery address
You can have your order delivered to an alternative address. You may also save multiple delivery addresses in your customer account for future use.
Packaging
There are no additional charges for packaging.
Online Tracking
For DPD and DHL shipments, online tracking is available. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has left our warehouse.
Complaints and Returns
Please contact our sales team before returning any goods.
Do not send any items without sufficient postage.
Please use our full return address for all returns.
