Payment options
COD - Cash on delivery
You can choose COD for shippings within Germany by DHL or GLS. The current COD-charges are listed next to every carrier on the page with the Shipping rates. Please note that the carrier will bill an extra delivery charge of 2,00 EUR from you when the parcel is delivered at your door.
Credit card
We accept the following cards: American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
You can enter your credit card information online within the checkout process of our shop. Your data will be transmitted by a SSL-secured connection and processed directly at the payment provider.
PayPal
You may also choose PayPal for your direct online payment. The checkout process for your order will include redirection to the Paypal website. Our Paypal account is: info@skandix.de.
Prepayment
You can transfer the invoice amount in advance to our bank account via bank transfer. Take advantage of the short processing time for SEPA transfers of only one business day.
No cash payment possible
SKANDIX AG is a mail order company. As a service to our customers, we offer a pick-up service for ordered goods, but we cannot accept cash payment.
Currency and VAT
Invoices will be processed in Euro. All prices in our online-shop have 19% VAT included. If you are a registered workshop or reseller you will get access to our net price list as well.
Customers from within the European Community
Invoices will be processed in EUR with the german VAT of 19%. Consumers in other EU countries may be subject to different VAT rates, which will be shown according to your country of delivery. If you have a valid Value added tax identification number (VATIN) you will get a net invoice without VAT.
Customers from other countries
If you are located outside the European Community you will get a net invoice in EUR without VAT.
