Tin vehicles made from old cans

The street children in Madagascar build their own characterful toys from leftover materials. The creative idea of ​​this recycling art was taken up by poor families we know and developed into a small production. MAHAFALY has revived the original toy production using traditional methods. The waste of civilization from cans, wire and spray cans, lovingly converted, gets a new value as a collector's item and a curious gift. The recognized fair direct trade (ATO-TÜV) with purchase guarantees for the producers has a job and income securing function. All unique "Scrap Mobiles" are manufactured by hand in over 20 small family businesses. Each model is unique and has a different design, which cannot be chosen (photos are only design examples). The models have slight signs of rust (others call it vintage).
