SKANDIX 1073043 is a repair kit for the shelf/ glove compartment under the dashboard of the Volvo 120, 130, 220 Amazon.
The set consists of a finished lower part covered with vinyl, which must be attached to the existing sheet metal carrier. Our product is manufactured locally in a small factory exclusively for SKANDIX.
As an improvement over the original part, the SKANDIX repair part inside consists of a water-repellent plate and a powder-coated metal frame inside. Originally the plate was made of cardboard and the metal wire was not treated, which is why the shelf of many vehicles was damaged by moisture.
The water enters the cabin at the corner of the window frame and is than on the shelf which becomes warped and wavy. On most vehicles the shelf is damaged in this way!
