Content of the repair kit.
The motor of the CV-top cover.
Remove the reversing lever and separate motor and gear housing
Remove the reversing lever.
Remove the screws attaching the gear to the ground plate.
Drive the old shaft out off the hinge.
Usually the gear housing needs to be redirected. To do this drive the old shaft into the housing, then redirect the holes. Be caraful, do not damage the hinge.
It is supposed to look like this...
Check if the housing are straight to each other.
Drill out the holes to 6mm.
The same for the motor...
Check if the new shaft fits well.
Replacing the counter bearing
Open the gear housing.
Mark the position of the wheels against each other. You can not replace the counter bearing without removing them.
Removed cogwheel.
Drive out the counter bearing from the backside.
Compared new and old bearing. The old one (right) is damaged at the upper edge.
Inser the new counter bearing and the wheel.
Assemble the housing.
Replacing the drive wheel
Remove the circlip.
Remove the old cogwheel.
Attention! Do not lose the washer.
