Final assembly of the repaired elements
Insert the new shaft.
Do not forget the spring.
Install the support brackets from the kit.
Mount the circlips.
Attach the gear housing to the ground plate to set the drilling marks for the brackets.
Drill the holes to 6.5mm.
Finally mount the gear housing to the ground plate and fix the brackets through the new holes.
Now it should look like this.
Finish the gear assembly.
Double check if the motor lies straight on the gear housing.
The gap between motor and ground plate may not be bigger than 36mm. If you need to adjust this measure go back to step 7.
Attach the reversing lever. If it does not fit with the gear fold hte engine apart and turn the gear. It fits only in one position.
Tighten the screw.
FINISHED!
