In contrast to the original design with a float in standpipe, this tank sensor has a float on a lever. This may result in negligible slight fluctuations in the gauge needle during aggressive driving.
The original connector housing can no longer be used, the distance between the contacts is slightly larger. New connectors and heat shrink are included with the tank sensor.
