This mounting kit for the Volvo 240 blower motor contains not only the rubber bearings but also plastic washers, which act as support rings for the rubber bearings.
Place the washers under the rubber bearing head before pulling them through the hole in the fan motor. This ensures that the fan motor is always in the correct position in the heating box.
