Conversion kit to two double-carburettors, for enhanced performance engines for street and competition. Set includes two pre set Weber 45 DCOE 152 carburetors, two R Sport manifolds, throttle linkage, mounting hardware and a Weber manual!

When converting original cars additional adaptions are a must:
- An electrical fuel pump with emergency kill.
- A suitable camshaft. Profile "R" or "S" is recommended.
- Ignition distributor with matching ignition curve. Recommendable here is the 123-Ignition distributor.
- A two-pipe downpipe or better a fan-type manifold.
- Sport exhaust system.
- A machined cylinder head (at least Stage 2)
- At the B18 a lot of cylinder head machining with bigger valves is a must, eventuelly an engine capacity extension.

- The manifolds which are produced nowadays are not fitting very good. Individual adaption work during installation is a must. For example the manifold must be grindet near the mounting eyelet.

- Adaption work at the wheel housing may be necessary. Our intake manifolds are shorter (12cm) than the old weber parts back in the days.

- Please ask your local TÜV for the requirements of registration / legal street use.

The carburettors are supplied with an installed standard nozzle set. As usual with sports carburettors, it must be individually adjusted according to the engine setup by the use of other nozzles (main nozzle, air correction, idling, accelerator pump). Nozzles must be ordered separately.
