When oil leaks at the point where the shift linkage enters the transmission the radial oil seal (Skandix 1027924) must be replaced. The Booth (Skandix 1028091) is not a seal but only a protection against dust.
To replace the radial oil seal removing and disassembling parts of the transmission is a must. The repair kit Skandix 1047048 offers a good alternative.
