The Brake discs have recesses at the edge which are a technical necessity.

The brake pads cannot be pushed back as usual due to the special construction of the calipers with integrated parking brake. If a collar has been formed by wear it is possible that you cannot dismount the brake pads.

The recesses have a special shape which avoids forming a collar. That makes it possible to dismount the brake pads even if the brake disc is worn.

Brake discs have always to be changed in pairs for each axle! Only replacing both discs ensures safe and problem free brake functionality. We will not deliver single brake discs.

Service instructions:

When fitting new brake discs the vehicle manufacturer's instructions must be observed!

Basically:

- The contact surface of the wheel hub to the brake disc must be completely clean and free of grease.
- Calipers and pads must be free moving. Neither brake system nor suspension may be excessively worn.
- The wheel bolts or nuts must be evenly tightened crosswise with the specified torque.
