For cleaning diesel particulate filters. The cleaner is then neutralized by the flushing process. Regular cleaning in combination with flushing can prevent expensive repairs.

Application
Cleaning is carried out using the DPF pressure cup gun (item 1103425) and the specially developed DPF probe with 5 spray probes (item 1103426).

Note: The temperature of the particulate filter should be below 40°C during cleaning. For safety reasons, extreme caution must be exercised during cleaning to ensure that no cleaning or flushing fluid enters the combustion chamber via an open exhaust valve.

Spray the entire amount of Pro-Line Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner (item 1103423 / 1 l) directly onto the surface of the particulate filter at an operating pressure of 6-8 bar in several intervals of 5-10 seconds, with a pause of 5-10 seconds between each spray. To ensure the entire surface is wetted, rotate and move the sensor back and forth during cleaning. Allow the cleaner to work for approximately 15 minutes. Then rinse the particulate filter with the entire amount of Pro-Line Diesel Particulate Filter Flush (item 1103424 / 500 ml). The application is also carried out using the DPF pressure cup gun at the same intervals as for the cleaning fluid. Cleaning loosens the soot and distributes it throughout the particulate filter to such an extent that it can be burned off during normal regeneration. After reinstalling the sensor, the service center or workshop must initiate regeneration according to the manufacturer's specifications.

Caution: Depressurize the pressure vessel and empty it completely after use. The gun must not be stored with material in the container.
