In this video, our workshop foreman shows how to insert the crankshaft and install the main and connecting rod bearing shells.
- The crankshaft is oiled and inserted
- Explanation of the markings on the main and connecting rod bearings
- The main bearing shells are inserted correctly using the markings
- The connecting rod bearings are inserted correctly using the markings
- The main bearing screws are oiled and inserted
- The connecting rod screws are oiled, connecting rod nuts inserted
