SKANDIX conversion kit overview.

The original hose routing (here without clamps).

First, the cooling water is drained off.

Then the original heater hoses can be dismantled.

You will find the original heater valve below the dash. Remove carpet, insulation mat and air hoses.

Now you can disassemble the old heater valve.

Now close the resulting hole with the cover plate included in the set and seal it with suitable material. Here we have used the original seal, item no. 1012887.

The old control cable can now be removed from the heating control.

To do this, loosen this retainer.

The new cable from the set is first attached to the new heater valve with the lug...

... and then routed through one of the cable grommets behind the dashboard in the cabin.

Now bend the other end of the new cable so that it can be hooked into the heater control. Use the old control cable as a template.
