Completely rebuilt B18B replacement engine.

Our Skandix replacement engines are completely re-mounted, equipped with forged pistons and aluminum-steel spur gear sets.

The cylinder head is overhauled, all sealing surfaces are planed and a new camshaft is installed.

The engines are converted to run on unleaded gasoline as part of the overhaul.

The delivery time is approx. 2-3 weeks after ordering, provided there is available stock. The old engine must be cleaned and delivered to us without oil.

Condition of old parts when returned

The proportion of reconditioned spare parts is increasing sharply in the automotive parts trade. Vehicle manufacturers support this development because it protects the environment and resources. However, only parts that have failed due to normal wear and tear for the component can be reconditioned. Parts that show external damage due to impact, accidents or severe corrosion, for example, can no longer be reconditioned and must be scrapped.

The repayment of the deposit value requires the return of a recyclable old part. Here is a checklist of the requirements that must be met:

- Old part corresponds to the delivered replacement part
- Old part complete and assembled
- Old part without any liquid residues
- Old part without mechanical damage to the housing
- Old part without accidental damage
- Old part in the packaging of the replacement part supplied by Skandix

Old parts that do not meet these requirements will be scrapped; the deposit will not be refunded!
