If you have ever restored a seat, you know what it is about...

One of the most common problems when restoring a vehicle seat is a non-functioning, worn or broken heating mat.

The solution:
A completely new design of a seat heating mat with an integrated thermostat and temperature limiter. Unlike the old fragile mats with the individual wires that break over time and the seat heating stops working, these new mats are more modern in design.

The heating grid of this mat is built in such a way that it can be cut to fit. You can adjust the mat to your seat and even cut off a little without losing contact or short circuiting. So even a cable break (which is unlikely) would not affect the performance of the heating mat.

The heating wires are fully integrated into the fabric, which prevents the wires from wandering and breaking due to overstretching.

The heating mat has an adhesive strip with which it can be firmly attached to the upholstery.

The upholstery can be used in both the seat cushion and the backrest.
The 60 cm long connection cable can be adjusted. The connector must be taken from the old heating mat.

Service instructions:

Although the heating mats can be used individually, they must always be connected in parallel within a seat. They must not be connected in series with existing mats within a seat. If a series connection was previously used, either both must be replaced or the existing one must be deactivated if one seat heating system is sufficient.

Power consumption per mat: approximately 25W.
