Skandix 1066640 is a refurbished Heat exchanger for the Classic Saab 900 from yearsmodel 1989.
At the Classic Saab 900 there are two Heat exchangers, up to yearsmodel 1988 and from yearsmodel 1989.
The vehicle manufacturer replaced the Heat exchanger up to 1988 (Saab 9481722) with the Heat exchanger from 1989 (Saab 9482555) which is smaller.
Despite this replacement, it is recommended to install the correct bigger Heat exchanger at vehicles up to 1988 to avoid lowered heating capacity.
The bigger Heat exchanger up to 1988 cannot be retrofitted to the Heaterbox from 1989.
