A certain degree of cracking in the housing is normal. Refunding of the core charge will be made after inspection of your old part!

But also remanufacturing has it´s limits, only parts that failed due to usual wear can be refurbished. Parts damaged by an accident, undue force or extensive corrosion can often not be rebuild and have to be scrapped.
The refund of core charges depends on the return of a re-usable part.
