Technical details.

SACHS Performance clutch pressure plates are characterized by a higher transmittable torque and greater insensitivity to thrust load, among other things, compared to a series pressure plate. Depending on the requirements, they are used with different clutch plates.

Due to the shorter release path, faster, sportier shifting is possible. This makes the Performance Clutch particularly suitable for use in road tuning, for long-distance races and hill climbs (e.g. Group N) and for vehicles that are often driven with maximum payload.
