For the four-valve B204 and B234 engines, the factory-installed thermostat housing
1378620 from the vehicle manufacturer has been replaced by this version. However,
it does not fit 1:1, as the angle is different. To prevent chafing of the coolant hose, a
different alternator tensioner (1049031) and a longer V-belt should be installed.
