Problems with the mirror adjustment may occure if the mirror is mounted at the passenger's side because there only are mirrors for the driver's side. At early models there were no outer mirrors, they later appeared (at the Volvo 140) only for the driver's side. The mirror foot can be modified to enlarge the adjustment range.
