Complete pre-assembled hinge for the front doors. Fits all Volvo 120, 130, 220 Amazon.

• The advantage over individual new parts is that you do not have to press in the hinge pin yourself, for which a workshop press is required.

• The advantage over the repair of used parts is that all components are backlash-free. A new bolt is usually not free of play in used hinge halves. Disassembly is also a hard job.

Door hinges are originally attached to the body before painting.
Our hinges correspond to the original dimensions, so when replacing them, make sure that hardly any or no filler, filler or paint is applied to the contact surfaces. If the material application is too heavy here, there are problems in correctly setting the gap dimensions of the doors.
