For replacing tie rod ends without wheel alignment
Prior to removing the defective tie rod end, the gauge measures the distance from the tie rod end to a fixed reference point on the tie rod. The previously determined measurement can thus be restored after installing the new tie rod end (this tool does not verify wheel alignment values). Includes operating instructions.
