Stainless steel battery holder for the Volvo 700, 900, S90, V90

The SKANDIX battery holder made of stainless steel is an exactly fitting alternative to the galvanised standard part and prevents rust.
The original holders become rusty over time. The rust can transfer to the battery carrier plate and thus to the bodywork. The battery carrier plate is already a rust-prone area on these vehicles, and on some vehicles a new plate has to be welded in over time.
To solve this problem, we have had a rustproof holder made of stainless steel. This makes the new part better than the original part in this respect.
The battery holder (article no. 1068884) is placed over the retaining screw (article no. 1023210) and secured with an O-ring (article no. 1023214) to prevent the battery holder from slipping off the retaining screw during installation. The battery support plate is currently only available for vehicles where the battery is mounted on the left side of the vehicle (article no. 1036585).
