Spring for rear seat release handle Volvo V70II

SKANDIX 1074413 is a replacement return spring for the rear seat release handle "slider".
We like our Volvo V70II and XC70 station wagons because they combine great driving characteristics with a huge boot. Folding down the rear seat is a familiar move for many drivers.
Over time, dust and dirt build up, making the backrest lock increasingly sluggish, until eventually the release handle no longer snaps back. Then the return spring for the handle is fatigued or broken. It also often overstretches when the cover of the rear seat lock is removed.
The spring is not included in the scope of delivery of the release handle. The vehicle manufacturer does not offer it as an individual spare part. Until now, it was only included in the scope of delivery of the complete cover. In order to offer you a cost-effective repair solution, we have now had the spring manufactured. You can find the spring in our webshop under article number 1074413.
The part fits all Volvo V70II (P26) and V70XC (XC70) from 2000 to 2007.
