Special tool for dashboard nuts

On the dashboard of the classic Volvo PV, 121, P1800, 140 and 164 there are some pull switches - such as the light switch - that are bolted to the dashboard with chrome cap nuts.
You may be familiar with the challenge of replacing the switches. The dashboard nuts are difficult to loosen and retighten because they only have two short slots on the edge.
Especially if the nuts have not been loosened for a long time, you run the risk of scratching the chrome surface of the nuts or even the dashboard in the process. This is annoying because both are in the direct field of vision.
To prevent this risk and to enable easy installation, SKANDIX has developed a special tool for the slotted dashboard nuts. This makes removal and installation effortless.
