Seal Bootlid for Volvo station wagons 700, 900, and V90

The trunk seal tends to suffer a little more in a station wagon when it is used “as intended.” It is not uncommon for something sharp to be pressed into the seal by mistake when loading the car, leaving a small tear or at least a damaged area.
If the car has then clocked up three hundred thousand or more kilometers and is possibly already over 30 years old, the seal is usually no longer in very good condition. There are certainly exceptional owners who have taken great care of their car from day one, but even the best-maintained seal will show signs of wear over time.
Our 700 and 900 Volvo station wagons are still pleasant and practical everyday companions even today when they are well maintained. Unfortunately, the same cannot always be said for the tailgate seal.
As an alternative to the original part, we have now had the seal reproduced “Made in Germany.”
The bootlid seal for all Volvo 700 and 900 station wagons and V90 (-98) is manufactured exactly to the original design and is now available in our shop under the number 1027173.
Suitable for the following vehicle models:
- Volvo 740, 760 all 5-door models
- Volvo 940, 960 all 5-door models
- Volvo V90 (-98) all models
