Retrofit kit dipstick "Police"

A "normal" oil dipstick as a retrofit kit for many Volvo models now available from us.
As with many other modern vehicles, the oil dipstick has been virtually eliminated e.g. from the V70 lll. It still has a short provisional gauge, almost inaccessible to normally agile people, which is plugged directly into the oil sump. The driver is supposed to rely on the indicator, which is controlled by a sensor in the oil sump.
As the saying goes. Trust is good, control is better. This also applies to ageing electronics in the vehicle; not everything works as reliably after years as it did on the first day. When it comes to the engine oil level, this can of course have nasty consequences. When the oil pressure lamp lights up, the engine has usually already been damaged.
That's why the age-old invention of the oil dipstick is not just a relic from the old days, but a reliable measuring method that cannot be influenced by a broken cable.
The vehicle manufacturer was probably aware of this and therefore produced a police version with a normal dipstick. The individual parts of this version are included in our retrofit kit, i.e. dipstick, dipstick tube, seal and screw.
It therefore consists only of original spare parts from the vehicle manufacturer!
