New steering gears for Volvo 960 II, S90, and V90

The Volvo 960 II and its renamed successors, the S90/V90, which were built between 1995 and 1998, underwent significant modernization for the 1995 model year. At first glance, it appeared to be just a facelift, but numerous details were different, and there were few parts in common with the Volvo 940.
This was also the case with the front axle – the wishbones, struts, and steering gear underwent a number of changes.
The short production period of the last large rear-wheel drive car is now occasionally a challenge:
In recent years, many owners of such a Volvo have discovered that many parts are no longer available from the vehicle manufacturer and are only sporadically available on the aftermarket, if at all.
This was also the case with the steering gear. No supplier was able to supply us with a complete steering gear for the 960 II, and the replacement gears from the vehicle manufacturer have been discontinued for ages. So we searched and actually found new steering gears that we can offer you as complete units. The steering gears are fully compatible with the original parts.
