New repair part for the door panel of the Volvo 850

This repair part is a new core for the fabric-covered part of the interior door panel.
Our new door trim parts are the professional repair solution when the foam under the cover has dissolved over the years and the cover gets dented.
Another typical problem is that the door panel on your Volvo 850 is loose, which makes it rattle or even fall off. In this case the holes for the retaining clips on the back of the core in the panel are usually damaged.
This damage occurs during repairs to the window regulator because the complete door panel has to be removed for this. To do this, it is necessary to remove the fabric-covered panel in order to access two fastening screws of the large door panel behind it.
The fabric panel is completely removed with the clips attached to the back. The clips (SKANDIX 1020890) remain with their heads in the panel, which can damage the retaining holes, especially if they are removed several times.
The SKANDIX repair parts are delivered with the foam already glued on. The old cover can usually be reused after thorough cleaning.
