Interior mirror for Volvo P1800ES and P1800E

The interior mirrors for the Volvo P1800ES and for the Volvo P1800E have not been available as original spare parts for some time.
The mirror housing of the old vehicles is often crumbled and unsightly.
There is now a replacement for this, because SKANDIX has had the interior mirrors remanufactured.
The metal mirror neck corresponds exactly to the original on the P1800ES, the shape of the mirror itself is slightly different. The cream-white colour matches our new P1800ES sun visors exactly.
The mirror replaces both versions that were originally fitted to the ES. Both the version with the sliding dimmer and the one with the push dimmer.
You can also use the mirror on the P1800E, but then the folded down sun visors partially cover the mirror. This is because the mirror neck is shaped differently on the P1800E than on the P1800ES. When the sun visors are folded up, however, there are no restrictions.
Before fitting, please check whether the mirror holder installed in your car has the two recesses to accommodate the locking curves of the mirror base (see detailed photo). If necessary, you can adjust the mirror mount by adding two countersunk holes.
With the new interior mirror you can in any case enhance the visual appearance of the interior of your P1800ES or P1800E.
