The holder for the round windscreen washer reservoir for Volvo PV, Amazon and P1800 is now available from us again as a new part.
In the earlier Volvo classic cars up to approx. 1968, the windscreen washer reservoir was a round bottle and the pump was mounted separately on the inner wing. For a long time there were no or only few spare parts for this version of the windscreen washer system. Many vehicles were converted to the later, square container for lack of spare parts.
In order to enable a true-to-the-original restoration or repair, we have now had the holder for the round container newly manufactured. So that corrosion is not an issue, the new part was made of stainless steel.
The windscreen washer tank with matt surface is now available in our shop under the number 1014501.
Originally, the round tank was fitted to the following vehicles:
- Volvo PV
- Volvo 120, 130, 220 Amazon until 1968
- Volvo P1800 Jensen
- Volvo P1800S until 1967, until chassis number -23599
