Door seal cutout Volvo P1800 - the differences

The original rubber seals for the door cut-out on the Volvo P1800 are still manufactured from the old Volvo factory drawings. They were introduced in 1969 and have an extra lip to prevent wind noise.

The rubber seal replaces the earlier felt/rubber seal on cars up to 1968, so on the one hand it was fitted to new cars at the factory from 1969 and on the other hand it was supplied as a spare part for earlier cars.

We offer the rubber seals for all Volvo P1800 car models. You will find an overview in the table below.

If you prefer the old felt/rubber version for faithful restorations, this is also available from us. Since the bodywork was not changed in the area of the door cut-out on later models, it also fits vehicle models from 1969 onwards.
