Console front mask to headlight for Volvo 900

The small brackets in the front mask of the Volvo 940 and 960 (-94) are available again.
The brackets on the inner, upper headlight mounting are almost invisible small parts, of which only the end of the stud can be seen when the bonnet is open. They connect the bonnet brackets to the headlamp holder and the centre section in front of the radiator.
If, for example, a headlight or the air conditioning condenser needs to be removed, these brackets must be removed or loosened. As the stud bolt to which the headlamp is attached faces forwards and is therefore exposed to wind and weather, it tends to resist attempts to loosen it as it ages. The nut is often hopelessly rusted and the stud bolt tears off.
The vehicle manufacturer discontinued the brackets without replacement around two years ago. As we still use these cars ourselves in everyday life and work on them, we know only too well how easily this small but important part can come loose.
So we didn't think twice and had a small series produced.
The brackets are now available in the shop under the numbers 1034162 and 1034163.
