Spring door opener for Volvo 960, S90 and V90

With increasing mileage, the inner opener of the driver's door no longer snaps back properly in many 960 ll, S90 and V90 models. This is not only unsightly, but can also mean that the driver's door no longer closes properly.
The reason for this is almost always the spring integrated in the opener, which eventually becomes tired and breaks.
Of course, this also happens to the other doors at some point, but in our experience it is extremely rare, as the driver's door is opened most frequently.
The spring has been discontinued by the vehicle manufacturer for some time without replacement. We had it reproduced from the original sample and tested it; it fits perfectly and the door opener returns to its original position, just like on a new car.
