Volvo Amazon P220
Fredy Möri from Bern, Switzerland, sent us these photos of his rare Volvo Amazon P220 station wagon. His midnight blue Amazon was built in 1968 and is a sport station wagon equipped with two SU-HS6 carburetors and the B18B engine.
Of the approximately 73,000 Amazon station wagons produced, only a few remain today. Fredy spent about two years restoring his P220 and has since taken great pleasure in maintaining it and, of course, driving it regularly.
One special detail is the extended version of the roof rack. This is a rare original part that is very hard to find today.
