Seat Straps

23.11.2021Our seat straps for vintage cars correspond to the original material and version. It is not the soft, easy stretchable material offered by some suppliers. It´s keeps the tension even after longer use. Of course the strong tension makes it a little harde to mount these straps and needs some strong arms and a second pair of hands.
Startin point...
Fix the strap to the rear end of the seat and lead it zigzag through the hooks.
When you reach the front end of the seat frame you will recognize that the strap seems to be too short.
... at least it is not.
We recommend to use screw clamps.
With a second pait of hands and some clamps it will work. Just stretch the strap through the first hook and fix it with a clamp just right behind the hook. Now the next section and so on
You can use pliers to insert the lasst hook into the frame.
