Replacing the rear window trim moulding

22.12.2021At the Saab 9-3 Sedan from 2003 on the rear window trim moulding dissolvs within the years. You can replace it in a few simple steps.
Remove the rest of the old trim moulding using a special trim moulding tool or a screwdriver.
Carefully clean and degrease the recess in the bodywork. Here, an old toothbrush has been used.
The new trim moulding.
Spray the inside of the trim strip with a lubricant, e.g. silicone spray.
Depress the new trim moulding to fixate it at the recess. Done!
