Replacing low beam bulbs on the Volvo V70 II (P26)

13.01.2022Replacing the bulbs is not always self-explanatory for vehicles. We show how to change the bulb from low beam step by step in a Volvo V70 II (P26).
Display: Lamps defective!
Low beam light defective!
Before replacing the lamp: Switch off the lights and turn the ignition key to position 0.
Loosen the headlight cover by turning it.
Remove the cover and put it aside.
Disconnect the plug from the lamp socket.
Attention: Do not pull on the cable!
Push the locking hooks forward a little to lever it out.
When the locking hook is released, you can remove the defective lamp...
...and replace it with a new bulb.
Insert new lamp and reassemble in reverse order. Finally, do not forget the cover. Ready
