Repair Kit Clutch Slave Cylinder

23.11.2021How to repair a clutch slave cylinder using our repair kit. The manual refers to an already dismounted cylinder.
Cleaning
Carefully clean the cylinder surface. If abrasive work is needed to remove scratches or corrosion, the cylnder can not be repaired.
Successfully cleaned cylinder.
Disassembly
Remove the old sealing ring.
New and old seasling ring.
Lubrication
Lubricate the cylinder with the included special grease.
Also lubricate the new sealing before assembly.
Assembly
Push the new sealing ring onto the piston.
Fitted sealing ring.
Put the piston back into the cylinder.
Don´t forget the circlip.
Assemble the dust boot. Finished.
