Kit consists of: Metal Housing, 2mm Drill Piece, Countersink Tool, 2x Screws, Silicone Grease

With the 2mm drill piece, drill the head off the original securing points on the back of the indicator body.

Once the securing points have been drilled out, carefully prise the black cover away from the metal indicator body... 

...and slide away revealing the internal mechanism of the indicator.

Carefully remove the gold earth point and put to one side. Whilst holding the main stalk arm, lift the mechanism away from the metal body.

With the tweezers/long nose pliers, remove the 2 springs that hold the white plastic slider in position against the metal body.

Before re assembling the indicator, clean all metal contacts and apply a small amount of silicone grease to the contacts and metal surface where the indicator mechanism will sit.

Position the white plastic sliding block on the base of the metal body and re connect the springs. Re install the indicator mechanism and then fit on the black plastic cover (the gold earth point must be fitted back into position at this point).

Counter sink the screw holes with the provided tool (be careful not to counter sink too much) and then screw the black cover down with the provided screws. Once secured into position, operate the indicator making sure there is smooth movement.
