Indicator Housing

30.11.2021Installation and removal of the turn signal housing, for example to change the bulb. The unlocking is hard to find.
To unlock the indicator housing, a latch must be pressed down. It is hidden on the side behind the headlight.
Here is the nose can better be see on the disassembled indicator. After depressing the turn signal must be pushed forward in driving direction.
The socket is a short twist and pull to unlock, a classic bayonet connection. When inserting the indicator housing, make sure that the three guide lugs (two on the headlamp, one towards the fender) slide correctly into position. They break off quite easily.
