Clamp the heater hoses or discharge the the cooling system. Now you can disconnect the hoses from the heater valve.

Remove the storage try under the dashboard. 

Unhook the control cable of the valve.

Remove the clip holding the control cable.

Unscrew the valve but leave the capillary tube in the heater box.

Unroll hte capillary tube of the new valve.

Use a new seal 1012887.

Insert the new capillary tubde beneath the old into the heater box...

And roll it similar to the old one.

The result should look more or less like this.

Now you can fix the new valve and completely remove the old one.

Hook the cable.

Fix the cable in the clip.

Remove the clamps from the hoses or connect all hoses. Fill in water/antifreeze.

Now you can start the engine, check the system for leakages and bleed the cooling system.
