23.11.2021This manual shows the characteristics of the installation of the shell mat set using the example of a Volvo XC60 I (-17) from the last model year. As the mats can be used for different vehicle models and model years, several possible mounting points are pre-stamped on the mats. We show a possible procedure.

Insert mat. Now the correct position for the holes can be determined.
Here in detail. Mark the position if necessary.
We have used a punch (Skandix 1067170) to cut the holes cleanly and easily. You can also use other tools.
The fasteners included in the set are made of 2 pieces and are attached by pressing them together at the previously cut out holes of the mat.
The smaller part is for the top of the mat.
The larger part is for the underside of the mat.
The original fixing points in the vehicle are clicked into the supports on the mat. Now the mat is secured against slipping.
