Example of retrofitting an automatic belt at the front

23.11.2021Attention: Safety-relevant assembly! We presuppose expertise, ask an experienced mechanic in case of doubt.
Attention: Automatic seat belts cannot be retrofitted on early vehicles with 2-hole attachment at the top of the B-pillar! There must be 1 hole with a diameter of approx. 11 mm.
The enclosed screws are suitable for standard belt threads, other threads may be installed in older vehicles.
It may be necessary to create attachments for the belt strap (belt buckle) on the side of the cardan tunnel! For this purpose, e.g. article no. 1017353 can be welded on.
