Cable for wiper mechanism

23.11.2021Repair manual for the Saab 900I wiper linkage.
Clean both notches of the guide wheel using a steel brush.
Put the cable through the wiper arm with the end pin fixed in the hole.
Wind the cable clockwise around the guide wheel. Start with the upper notch.
Hold the follower tight in the designated groove.
Pull the cable`s loose end through the opening at the wiper arm`s other side.
Use a washer under the stop nut on the end of the cable.
Use a screwdriver to fix the cable while fastening the nut.
