Bonnet Insulation

23.11.2021In the following we show how to fix the absorber insulation in your P1800. Our car is a 1967 Volvo P1800S
At first you should clean up and degrease the bonnet carefully.
Pull of the yelllow protective foil from the underside of the mat.
Installation goes best with an assistant. It is difficult to place the mat without a helping hand. Because the mat is self-adhesive you only have one try.
Firmly press down the mat.
Depending on the master brake cylinder install the small additional mat on the left side.
