An overview of the original jet needles used in the Volvo B18/B20 engines.
The new carburetors are only supplied with the specified needle type. In the case of replacement carburetors, we have no influence on the needle type - suitable jet needles must be ordered separately in this case.
This list was compiled using original documentation from the carburetor and vehicle manufacturer.

Volvo P1800

With performance air filter:

B18B (1961-62): TZ (alternatively KA `weak needle`)
B18B (1963-66): ZH (alternatively with exhaust control for USA: DX)
B18B (1967-68): KD
B20B (1969): KN

With paper element air filter:

B18B (1967-68): KH

Volvo Amazon and Volvo PV544

With performance air filter:

B18B (all models): KD
B18D (1961-62): KA
