Completely rebuilt B20A exchange engine.

Our Skandix exchange engines are fitted with completely new bearings and equipped with forged pistons and an aluminum-steel timing gear set.
The cylinder head is reconditioned, all sealing surfaces are resurfaced, and a new camshaft is installed.
During the rebuilding process, the engines are converted for operation with unleaded fuel.


Delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks from the time of order, subject to stock availability. The old engine must be cleaned and drained of oil before being sent to us.

Condition of old parts upon return

The share of reconditioned spare parts in the automotive aftermarket is increasing significantly. Vehicle manufacturers support this trend as it conserves the environment and resources. However, only parts that have failed due to normal wear and tear can be reconditioned. Parts showing external damage—such as impact damage, accident damage, or severe corrosion—cannot be reconditioned and must be scrapped.

Refund of the core deposit is contingent upon the return of a reusable old part. The following checklist outlines the basic requirements that must be met:

- Old part matches the supplied exchange part
- Old part is complete and assembled
- Old part is free of residual fluids
- Old part has no mechanical damage to the housing
- Old part shows no accident damage
- Old part is returned in the packaging originally supplied by Skandix for the exchange part

Old parts that do not meet these requirements will be scrapped; the core deposit will not be refunded!
